Why builders come back
Square, plumb, and on the day we said.
Most fabrication problems aren't welding problems. They're measuring problems, or scheduling problems, or nobody-answered-the-phone problems. We fix those first.
- We measure on site. Openings are never the size the plan says. We check before we cut, not after.
- Dates we actually hold. If something slips you hear it from us early, not on the day it was due.
- Finished, not just welded. Welds dressed, edges deburred, holes drilled — ready for coating or install without rework.
- We install what we make. One trade responsible for the fit-up, so nothing falls between the fabricator and the builder.

Send it through
Engineer's drawings, a DXF, a photo or a sketch. Anything that shows what you need and roughly how big it is.

Quote & site check
A firm price with a lead time, in writing, same business day. If it has to fit something existing, we come and measure it first.

Fabricated
Cut, welded, dressed and drilled in the workshop. You get a call if we hit anything the drawing didn't show.

Delivered or installed
Straight to site on the agreed day — or we install it ourselves and hand it over finished.

Common questions
Straight answers.
Small jobs are welcome. A single bracket, a cracked trailer drawbar or one gate is a normal day here — we don't have a minimum job size. Larger structural packages are equally fine.
Both. Plenty of work is faster and cheaper done in the workshop, but when something can't be moved — structural steel already in place, plant that can't be pulled down, a repair mid-shift — we bring the plant to you.
Not always. For anything structural or load-bearing, yes — we fabricate to an engineer's details and won't guess at sizing. For non-structural work a sketch, a photo or a description is usually enough to get started.
It depends on size, material availability and whether the work needs coating afterwards. You'll get a lead time with the quote, before you commit — and if it changes we tell you as soon as we know, not on the due date.
Yes. We handle grinding, linishing and polishing in-house, and organise hot-dip galvanising, powder coating or painting through local coaters. It's quoted as part of the job so there's one price and one point of contact.
Either. We normally supply material as part of the quote, which keeps the price and the lead time in one place. If you've already got steel on site, we're happy to work with it.
