The Punters started in 2023 and have played fifty-three matches since. Seventeen wins, thirty-five losses and one tie — a record that says exactly what a young club's record should say.
Most of it is T10 with a hard tennis ball, which is its own game: ten overs, no let-up, and a scoring rate that punishes anyone who tries to bat time. Several players here have hit more sixes than fours, which tells you everything about how this side plays.
Home is Highbury Park in Burwood. We play the Karnataka Premier League and the Rockers Rajyotsava, plus standalone fixtures across the summer at Williamslanding Reserve, James Bathe Reserve and Kalang Park.
